With over 10 years of living a plant-based lifestyle, co-owning a successful vegan food truck and restaurant, and earning recognition as an award-winning chef, I’ve seen firsthand the powerful impact of whole-food, plant-based living.

After transforming my own health and maintaining  weight loss through this lifestyle, I knew I had something even more meaningful to share. Food isn’t just about weight loss — it’s about healing, energy, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.

To deepen my knowledge and better support others, I became a Certified Plant-Based Nutrition Specialist. Through that journey, I also realized how overwhelming it can be for people to get started — especially with so much confusing advice out there.

That’s why I created Thrive Naturally with Tara — to simplify the transition to plant-based living and make it approachable, sustainable, and empowering.
